Welcome to Portland Elite Marketing, we are very excited for you to explore our site and get to know our amazing team!
Going into my senior year at Indiana University, I realized the healthcare field was no longer where I wanted to be long term. I found my passion to be in Experiential Marketing & Sales. After completing my Bachelor's degree from Indiana University, I relocated from Indianapolis, Indiana to manage Portland Elite Marketing in the Portland Metro area.
While I am a Hoosier at heart, I have always loved finding new adventures and opportunities. I refer to myself as somewhat of a travel nerd as I love traveling and exploring new places. I have had the chance to study abroad in both China and Italy and believe that seeing and experiencing new things helps individuals grow! Along with traveling, I enjoy spending time with my friends & family, going on walks with my dog, Riley, listening to music, watching movies, and cooking!
As the Director of Operations at Portland Elite Marketing, my goal is to leave a lasting impression on everyone that steps through our door. Growing up in sports, I loved having a supportive team and coach to turn to when I needed help or advice. My goal as a leadership figure is to inspire other individuals to reach their maximum potential as they grow and develop throughout our training process.
Joshua Tanicala
Expansion Manager
Hello, my name is Joshua Tanicala and I am the most recent Expansion Manager here at Portland Elite Marketing. After completing the training program, I had the opportunity to relocate to Spokane, Washington to oversee our new expansion territory. I have experienced a lot of personal and career growth so far and I’m excited to see where my future goes with the company! I was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii before moving up to the Olympia, Washington area for college. Growing up in Hawaii showed me the importance of culture and the way that it should be applied in all environments, especially in our business. I believe this is why I’m able to retain a strong and successful team as a leadership figure in the office. I graduated from King Kekaulike High School where I became passionate about track and field. The reason I mention track and field is because this is where I found myself developing the most as a leadership figure and also as a person. I then furthered my educational and track career at Saint Martin's University where I graduated with a double concentration in Marketing and Business Management. I learned what it meant to be a good leader and put my head down and just work, I also learned the importance of setting goals for myself. Yes school was great but I really learned the most from track and taking responsibility for your achievements. The habits and mindsets that I have built there have helped me develop in my career.
Maxim Polyak
Expansion Manager
Hello, my name is Maxim Polyak and I am the most recent Expansion Manager here at Portland Elite Marketing. I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon where I attended a private homeschool for my high school years. I finished high school as a sophomore and went to college at the age of 15 years old. In my first few years of college I was studying Engineering, however I came to the realization that Engineering was not the career path I wanted anymore. Shortly after coming to that realization, I changed my career path and went to business school to finish my Bachelor’s in Business Marketing. I chose to switch Business Marketing because I wanted to take an entrepreneurial approach to my career. Since starting my career here at Portland Elite Marketing, I have fallen more in love with the business world. It has helped me grow in so many different ways. I have learned how to be a better person, developed better communication skills, along with being a great leadership figure.The opportunity Portland Elite offers is what really stood out to me and why I chose to work here and dedicated my future to it. I love working with people and giving them everything I got to help them succeed in their career. I made many close friends here and they all feel like family to me now. Since completing the management training program, my wife and I have relocated to Bozeman, Montana and I am now overseeing the expansion market we opened up last month. I would definitely work at Portland Elite has been a big blessing in my life.

Hey, my name is Isaiah-Zakai and I’m a team lead here at Portland Elite Marketing. I'm on an exhilarating journey of personal and professional growth. As a passionate psychology major at Portland State University, I've found my calling in understanding human behavior and using that knowledge to positively impact others' lives. Originally from Arizona, my adventure in marketing at Portland Elite Marketing has been nothing short of inspiring. Every day, I'm thrilled to be part of a team that's at the forefront of growth. The dynamic environment fuels my desire to learn and grow, and I'm eager to continue expanding my skills within this vibrant community!
Imara Thomas

Hello, My name is Imara Thomas and I am a Team Lead here at Portland Elite Marketing. I am a recent graduate from Portland State University, where I got my Bachelors in Business Management & Leadership. In the few short months at Portland Elite, it allowed me to grow and build on my interpersonal and leadership skills in a fast-paced position. I’m a Washington/Oregon native, but have lived and traveled in various places so I believe this has helped me to adapt and thrive in new, challenging, and diverse environments. My career experience has been in management & marketing spaces where I worked independently in back end operations. This position has pushed me to lead from the front- to build relationships, work closely with new and various people, and hold myself accountable with goal setting and building habits. I’m excited to see where this opportunity takes me in my career!

Hello, my name is Jose Cervantes and I’m one of the Team Leads here at Portland Elite. I joined the company at the end of and I’ve been really impressed on the companies management style and business structure. The opportunity to grow within the company is amazing and I’m super grateful for all the skills, knowledge, and amazing people I get to work with everyday. Through some of the skills I have developed here, I was able to help my family open up our own restaurant and watch it continue to grow. I am very passionate traveling and also appreciate the opportunities that have been presented to me through Portland Elite like traveling to Seattle & Minneapolis!
